Content Creators and Travel Models must complete verification procedures as required by Vacav before uploading content or participating in paid opportunities.
All users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep their account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Vacav reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
By uploading content to Vacav, you agree that:
Vacav reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.
By uploading content to Vacav, you grant Vacav a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your content on the Platform and for promotional purposes.
You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time, subject to any existing agreements or obligations.
Content Creators participating in partnership programs may be subject to additional licensing terms as specified in their agreements.
Vacav offers opportunities for Travel Models and Content Creators to participate in paid programs and partnerships with hotels, resorts, and travel operators.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of Service access.
The Vacav name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Vacav Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
The Platform and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Vacav Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Vacav makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

By providing your phone number and using the Vacav platform, you consent to receive SMS messages from Vacav, including but not limited to account notifications, content updates, and promotional messages. Message frequency will vary based on account activity.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you may still receive transactional messages as permitted by law.
Vacav is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by mobile network providers or other factors beyond our control.
